Buying or selling a home on Long Island or in the Catskill Region?  I provide closing legal services at low rates. I make myself available 7 days a week. 

FOR SELLERS:

- Contract preparation and negations

- Title Report Review

- Work with the Buyer's Attorney, Lender's Attorney and Title Company to expedite the process

- Represent you at the closing

FOR BUYERS:

- Review terms of the contract

- Order title search, report and insurance policies

- Review any issues regarding the home's title

- Work with the Seller's Attorney, Lender's Attorney and Title Company to expedite the process

- Represent you at the closing

I maintain offices in Shoreham and Margaretville.

However, in order to keep my overheads low, and to pass the savings along to you, I will meet you in your home or office.

In addition, I offer the ability to meet via Zoom and via conference calling.
